This page provides a plain language overview of how Typinghackers handles core product data. Practice history and account information are used to support the learning experience. That includes preserving snippet progress, learning path state, and access to premium features when a user has an active plan. Support emails are retained so questions and issues can be followed through to resolution, and analytics events are used in aggregate to improve the product rather than to create a public user profile.
